ORDER CANCELLATION
Due to current technology and the speed with which orders are processed, confirmed orders once processed for shipping cannot be cancelled.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We endeavor to describe and display products and descriptions as accurately as possible. Web Site information may not be entirely accurate, current, or error free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Web Site or Service.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Swanson Distributing reserves the right to refuse sales or service when it is determined that the sale or service is not in the best business interest and is solely for the purpose of protecting business operations. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unforeseen and unintended errors or omissions.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Request for returns, refunds or replacement will be handled on an individual basis. Some limitation and restrictions may apply. Electronic repair parts are not returnable. All warranties reside with the product manufacturer. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable or covered for returns or replacements.
SERVICE CHARGES
Transaction charges may occur in the event that Credit Cards or Debit Cards are declined. Bank service charges may be charged for returned checks.
SHIPPING
Orders will only be shipped within the continental United States.
Freight costs are paid on orders over $1500 of general (non-appliance) merchandise or three appliances up to 10% of the invoice total. Freight costs exceeding 10% of the invoice total will be billed to the customer. For orders of mixed product, general merchandise and appliances, meeting either of the freight paid requirements the freight charges are paid on the entire order up to 10% of the invoice total.

There is no warranty implied or expressed on products distributed by Swanson Distributing. All sales are final. Product is sold, 'as is where is' and in not returnable, exchangeable or refunded.
Every attempt is made to make sure all product is in new, saleable and excellent working condition and in accordance with the manufacturer specifications and descriptions. Warranty resides with the manufacturer.
